These Terms of Service govern use of rrprotects.com and its inquiry and appointment features. The website is operated by The Unbroken Branch Holdings LLC, doing business as Roofs & Roads Insurance Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. You may contact us by phone with questions about our services.
These terms apply to website use. They do not replace an insurance policy, binder, endorsement, insurer agreement, or rights and protections provided by applicable law.
2. Our insurance services
Roofs & Roads Insurance Group is an independent property and casualty insurance agency. We help customers explore available insurance options and assist with applications and policy service. We are not an insurance company. Insurance is issued by the applicable carrier.
We currently serve Oklahoma. Services are offered only where the agency and the assisting producer are appropriately licensed and authorized. Any statement about planned expansion does not mean coverage is currently available in that state. Products, eligibility, and carrier availability vary.
3. Quotes, applications, and coverage
Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final premiums, eligibility, limits, deductibles, and terms depend on carrier review, verification, underwriting, and any applicable payment requirements. A quote is not a guarantee of acceptance or coverage.
Submitting an inquiry, application, document, payment request, email, text, or voicemail does not by itself bind, change, renew, or cancel coverage. Obtain confirmation from an authorized agency representative or the carrier, including the effective date and time when applicable. Do not assume a request has been completed simply because a message was sent or an automated acknowledgment was received.
Your policy, declarations, endorsements, and any applicable binder control the coverage provided, subject to applicable law. 6. Appointments, urgent requests, and claims
Appointments are available by advance arrangement and are subject to confirmation. Website forms, email, text, and voicemail are not continuously monitored and do not guarantee an immediate response.
For urgent policy matters, contact us by phone or contact your carrier directly. Report claims according to your policy and your carrier's reporting instructions and deadlines. Sending a website inquiry does not necessarily report a claim to the insurer. For emergencies, contact emergency services.
